This exceptional setting supports students aged 11 - 19 with a range of learning needs and is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team from September 2025.

About The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in helping young people access education that is tailored to their individual needs. You’ll support students both in and out of the classroom, working closely with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive and positive learning experience.

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds - whether you’re an experienced teaching assistant, a graduate exploring education, a sports coach, or someone from care/youth work looking for a fulfilling new challenge.

You’ll need:

  • Experience working with children or young people in the UK is essential
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, adaptable attitude with a high level of empathy
  • Good literacy, numeracy and ICT abilities
  • A genuine passion for working with young people with additional needs
