Join Our SEND Teaching Assistants Team!

Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in the lives of those with special educational needs? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join a thriving specialist school in Chessington as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Teaching Assistant (TA), Learning Mentor, Healthcare Assistant, or Support Worker.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support students 1:1 or in small groups in school or college settings, working 5 days a week.
  • Encourage learning, increase engagement, and improve attainment for students with MLD and SLD.
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure seamless support between school and home.
Details:
  • Full-time position (8:30am – 3:30pm), hours may vary.
  • No prior school experience required! We welcome graduates, support workers, healthcare assistants, youth workers, or individuals with personal experience.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
