Are you passionate about supporting students with SEND? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team at a school in the Sutton area.

Position: SEND Support Specialist (ASD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour)

Location: Sutton

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide tailored support to students with ASD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviours
2. Develop and implement individualised strategies to promote positive behaviour and learning outcomes
3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
4. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that addresses each student's unique needs

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience working with students with ASD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviours
2. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential
