Job description

Axcis Education is seeking a KS2 SEND Teaching Assistant within the Borough of Barking & Dagenham. The school provides a safe environment and encourages community involvement. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, the role involves supporting students within KS2, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The ideal candidate must:

1. Have previous classroom experience including KS2
2. Possess excellent behaviour management skills
3. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
4. Have at least 1 year's references

Benefits include prior SEND knowledge. This is a temporary position with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. Pay rate: £95 per day.
