Join Our Team: SEN Teaching Assistant – Newfield School, Blackburn. Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We’re looking for a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Blackburn. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students with complex needs, including autism. You’ll play a key role in their academic, social, and emotional growth, and may also assist with personal care as required. You’ll be instrumental in helping students aged 4 to 19 overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience working with children or young adults with SEN.
2. Flexibility to support students across different age groups.
3. A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
4. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
