Band 3 Scale Point 3 - 5 Term Time Only plus 3 days

Actual Starting Salary: £18,466

Job Overview

The Trustees wish to appoint an experienced L1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding SEND team at Silver Springs. The role involves supporting children’s learning and personal needs in our new resource base for 24 children aged 4 to 7 with complex Communication, Interaction, and Sensory Needs.

Person Specification

We seek individuals passionate about children's SEND rights, with compassion, resilience, and patience. The successful candidate will uphold high expectations for each child's achievements, meet personal and pastoral needs, and support learning and independent play.
