Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a SEND TA to join a friendly primary school in Clapham Junction. You will provide dedicated support to children with ASD, working closely with experienced teachers to help pupils develop academically and socially.

The role is full-time, term-time only with strong potential for a permanent position, and hours are 08:45 to 16:45. This is a hands-on SEND role in a vibrant urban school community.

Job description

We are seeking a SEND TA to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Clapham Junction. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Working closely alongside experienced teachers, you will help pupils develop both academically and socially, enabling them to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

• Location: Primary to 6th form school, Clapham Junction, Tooting and Barnes
• Hours: 08:45 - 16:45
• Contract: Full-time, term-time only (with strong potential for a permanent position)
• Pay: £14.25 per hour
• Start date: September 2026
