Danecourt School is seeking a SEND Teacher to join our specialist team. You will lead a small class of pupils with autism, communication needs and sensory challenges, delivering personalised learning that supports academic, social and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• You hold QTS and understand SEND needs, ideally with specialist or SEN school experience.
• You bring creativity, flexibility and a solutions mindset to the classroom.
• You communicate professionally with pupils, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised learning experiences tailored to each pupil's needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists and other staff to support students holistically.
• Engage families with practical strategies and regular updates on progress.
• Celebrate daily progress and breakthroughs with the class.
