Teaching Personnel in Bicester invites you to join a salaried SEND Teacher Training Programme. You’ll earn while you learn, starting as a SEND Teaching Assistant and progressing to Initial Teacher Training with PGCE and QTS.
In the first year you’ll support pupils with diverse needs, receive mentoring and training, and build practical classroom skills. In year two you’ll complete ITT and graduate ready to teach in SEND education.
Salary: £23,000-£27,000 per annum
