Teaching Personnel Ltd. is offering a Salaried SEND Teacher Training Programme in the Oxford/Bicester area, starting January 2027, with a salary of £23,000–£26,000 per annum.

This two-year route gives you hands-on SEND experience and a clear pathway to qualified teacher status. In Year 1 you will work within a school supporting pupils with additional needs, alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals, and in Year 2 you will transition into formal teacher training and complete the PGCE

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Genuine interest in SEND and education.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils with their learning and development.
• Work alongside teachers, teaching assistants and SEND professionals.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including communication, learning and behavioural needs.
• Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop understanding of individual learning needs.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils.
• Observe experienced teachers and learn effective classroom strategies.
• Take part in training and professional development.
• Develop the confidence and skills needed to progress into teacher training.
