Job summary

Envision Education seeks an experienced SEND Teacher to join a specialist school in West London. You will plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with diverse needs, collaborating with teaching assistants and the wider team to foster a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Differentiate learning to support a range of abilities and additional needs.
• Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual education plans.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other support staff.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Maintain high expectations while providing appropriate support.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers and other professionals where required.
