Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a SEND-focused teacher in Northumberland to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning needs. You will work with SEND professionals to support academic, social, and emotional development toward EHCP outcomes.

You will collaborate with Teaching Assistants, families, and support staff to create an inclusive environment that promotes positive behaviour and wellbeing while tracking pupil progress and adapting

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passion for inclusive education.
• Understanding of SEND and SEMH needs.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families.

Protocol Education is working with SEND schools across Northumberland seeking dedicated Teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

Location: Northumberland
Contract: Full-Time

About the Role

You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, communication difficulties and learning disabilities.

Working alongside experienced Teaching Assistants and SEND professionals, you will help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally while working towards individual EHCP outcomes.
