• Prepare and develop teaching materials, programmes and pastoral arrangements.
• Be accountable for attainment, progress and outcomes of pupils.
• Differentiate instruction to meet needs of all pupils.
• Promote high standards of literacy and spoken English.
• Establish a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Work with colleagues in meetings and professional development.
• Take part in curriculum oversight and school pastoral functions.
• Register attendance and carry out admin tasks as required.
• Engage with parents using school systems.
