Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working in at least one Key Stage with pupils.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEN.
• Reflective practitioner with high expectations.
• Experience of working with teaching assistants/other staff.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum and Development Matters.
• Understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues in learning and teaching.
• Inclusion strategies to support all pupils, including EAL and SEN.
• ICT knowledge to enhance teaching and learning.
• Ability to use assessments to inform planning.
• Ability to plan collaboratively with colleagues.
• Experience of positive behaviour management.
