Tradewind Recruitment are working with a newly opened all through SEND School in Wombourne who are looking to recruit a SEND Teacher on a temporary to permanent role. The school provides personalised and inclusive education for children and young people aged 5 - 16 who experience a range of learning difficulties.

The role requires an understanding of special needs and the ability to empathise and support pupils to thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching pupils with SEND and an understanding of diverse needs.
• Ability to implement inclusive, personalised learning plans.
• Willingness to support pupils aged 5–16 within a therapeutic framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SEND teaching to pupils aged 5–16.
• Develop and implement individualised education plans.
• Collaborate with support staff and families to track progress.
