Job summary

Justteachers Ltd is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with speech, language and communication needs at a Warwick primary school. The role is full-time with a September 2026 start and a fixed term until the end of the academic year.

You will work closely with teachers and Speech and Language Therapists to implement individual plans and deliver targeted interventions to help pupils access learning in an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting.
• Two references covering the past two years, ideally education or school-based.

About the role:

justteachers are supporting a primary school in Warwick to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with speech, language and communication needs. Pre-requisites:

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
