Job summary

Amarval Partners Ltd is recruiting a SEND/ARP teacher for the IG6 area. The role involves teaching within a specialist ARP for students with Autism and social communication needs, while also delivering lessons in the mainstream setting.

You will help create an autism-friendly environment that promotes communication, independence and meaningful progress. The position starts September 2026, with progression on the Main Pay Scale (M1–UPS3) plus SEND allowance, and is based at an on-site provision

Qualifications

• Degree and successful secondary teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Teach in ARP for students with autism and social communication needs.
• Deliver lessons across ARP and mainstream settings to promote autism-friendly progress.
