Keys Education is seeking a SEND Teacher for Southpark Enterprise College in the Scunthorpe area. You will plan and deliver high-quality inclusive teaching for pupils with complex needs, modelling professional integrity and safeguarding practices.
You will work collaboratively with families and professionals to support pupil progress, lead a team of Teaching Assistants, and disseminate good practice across the school. A commitment to SEND and appropriate QTS/QTLS status is required.
To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teacher will model professional integrity and the EPIC values, work collaboratively within the school community, and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment.
South Park Enterprise College is an independent SEMH specialist school for students aged 11-16, many with EHCPs and diagnoses such as ADHD or ASD. We provide a safe nurturing environment for young people who have struggled in mainstream schools or face exclusion.
