Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting SEND and primary teachers for Sandwell schools starting September 2026. Roles span day-to-day, weekly and long-term placements, with immediate starts available in November 2026.

If you are passionate about literacy and numeracy and want to support pupils with varied needs, we want to hear from you. We’re seeking ECT/NQT or QTS holders with UK classroom experience who are warm, energetic and focused on raising attainment.

Qualifications

• ECT/NQT or QTS teacher with recent experience of the Key Stage Two curriculum.
• Be passionate about raising attainment in Key Stage One and Two.
• Experience in delivering literacy and numeracy sessions.
• Hold a current enhanced DBS (or be happy to apply for one through Career Teachers).
• Who loves supporting SEND children
• Be a warm and caring individual focused on raising achievement levels.
• Have recent teaching experience in the U.K.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Motivate pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation.
• Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KS1/KS2 curriculum across primary settings.
• Support SEND pupils to raise attainment.
• Plan and deliver literacy and numeracy sessions.
• Collaborate with school teams to support learners.
