Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting SEND Teachers for a range of specialist settings across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. We welcome qualified teachers with experience supporting pupils with SEND within UK schools.

Roles include daily supply, short-term cover, long-term assignments and permanent vacancies across Primary and Secondary SEND settings. Flexible work to fit availability and career goals.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching SEND pupils in a UK school is required.
• SEND teaching experience should be clearly evidenced on your CV.

Responsibilities

• Teach Primary or Secondary SEND pupils across various settings.
• Adapt lessons to support ASC, SEMH, SLD, MLD and other needs.
• Contribute to inclusive practice and safeguarding within a school setting.

We welcome teachers with experience supporting pupils across a range of additional needs and specialisms, including:

As a GCA-approved supplier across both Lot 1 and Lot 2, we have access to a large network of SEND schools and specialist provisions, giving our teachers access to more opportunities, more choice and more consistent work throughout the academic year.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching SEND pupils within a UK school
• SEND teaching experience clearly evidenced on your CV
• Experience can be within a specialist SEND school or a mainstream school with SEND pupils

ECTs are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant SEND teaching experience gained within a UK school setting.
