Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate SEND Teacher to join a partner school in Lincolnshire, teaching Maths, English and Science with flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will support students with diverse needs, creating inclusive learning and working with staff, therapists and families. This role offers weekly PAYE pay and safeguarding checks via DBS.

SEND Teacher – Maths, English, Science (General Cover)

Location: Lincolnshire
Contract: Full-time or Part-time, flexible options available
Pay: Dependent on experience, paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella deductions)
Start Date: SEPTEMBER START

We're working with a fantastic partner school in Lincolnshire looking for a compassionate and adaptable SEND Teacher to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys inclusive teaching and making learning accessible for every pupil. You'll be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and experience those all-important "lightbulb moments".

Whether your experience is in autism support, SEMH, or complex needs, this role gives you the chance to teach in a way that's creative, flexible, and truly impactful.

What your day might look like
  • Teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs across Maths, English, and Science
  • Creating engaging, personalised learning experiences that meet individual needs
  • Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to support pupil progress
  • Bringing patience, positivity, and structure to the classroom
  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a love of learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
