Job summary

The Education Specialists in the North West are seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join a specialist school supporting children and young people aged 3-19. You will be part of an amazing, supportive and collaborative staff team in a welcoming environment.

You will adapt teaching to meet individual needs, build strong relationships with pupils, families and professionals, and have the opportunity to develop your SEND practice.

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a specialist setting?We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEND Teacher to join our specialist school, supporting children and young people aged 3-19 years. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an amazing, supportive and collaborative staff team where every pupil is valued as an individual.

All of our pupils have an EHCP reflecting their individual needs, with a diverse range of needs including PMLD, SLD, MLD, autism and complex SEND needs. We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Has a genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEND.
  • Is nurturing, patient, enthusiastic and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every pupil.
  • Can adapt teaching, learning and communication approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Builds positive and trusting relationships with pupils.

  • Has high expectations while recognizing and celebrating every pupil's individual progress and achievements.
