Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher for a popular North Hackney School in East London. The role involves joining an Inclusion Team to deliver SEND interventions and support learners with EHCPs across KS3–KS5, working with colleagues, parents and external agencies.

You will have QTS and SEND experience, with strong behaviour management and a collaborative approach, contributing to an inclusive, ambitious school community with excellent CPD opportunities and transport links.

Qualifications

  • QTS and experience working as a SEND Teacher.
  • Experience supporting students with SEND, ASD and/or SEMH.
  • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
  • The ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and interventions.
  • A collaborative approach to working with staff, parents and external agencies.
  • A genuine passion for inclusion and improving outcomes for young people.

About The Send Teacher Role

The successful SEND Teacher will join a well:established Inclusion Team, delivering high:quality SEND interventions, supporting students with EHCPs and working closely with teaching staff, parents and external agencies.

The role will involve teaching individual students and small groups across KS3:KS5, supporting learners with ASD, SEMH and a range of additional learning needs.

The Successful Send Teacher Will Have
  • QTS and experience working as a SEND Teacher
