Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd. is seeking a qualified SEN Teacher or experienced Cover Supervisor to deliver engaging lessons in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) or PRU setting. You will support students with diverse needs, manage behaviour positively, and adapt approaches for ASD/ADHD/SEMH.

Qualifications

• QTS or HLTA certification required.
• Experience teaching or covering lessons in an SEN/PRU setting.
• Strong SEN and SEMH strategies to support diverse learning needs.

• Proactive and adaptable classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and provide engaging learning experiences.
• Manage classroom behaviour using positive strategies.

• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support progress.

SEN Teacher

Are you a qualified SEN Teacher or experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding opportunity in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Behavioural School? We are seeking dedicated professionals with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) certification to support and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver your planned lessons and provide dynamic, engaging learning experiences.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour management strategies.
• Adapt teaching methods to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs.

Requirements:
