Lotus Recruitment Ltd is seeking SEN Teachers for flexible supply, long-term and permanent roles across London. Opportunities include work in a network of special schools, SEN units, alternative provisions and mainstream settings.

You will deliver differentiated lessons, support SEND students, and collaborate with staff and families to create inclusive classrooms aligned with EHCP targets.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.

Responsabilités

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Unqualified Teachers
• Cover Supervisors with extensive SEN experience
• HLTAs with extensive SEN experience
• Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential.
