SEND Teacher - Chelmsford

** £130 - £170 per day (depending on experience)

** Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

A wonderful Special Needs School in Chelmsford is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with PMLD and other complex needs.

About the Role:

• Supporting students on a one-to-one basis
• Working with pupils with PMLD and challenging behaviours
• Creating a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment
• Using creative and adaptive strategies to engage students

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher with SEND experience/ ECT with a passion for SEND
• Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach
• Patience, positivity, and a desire to see all students succeed
• A good standard of education with the ability to assess and develop learners' progress individually
