Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and 1:1 staff for Eastbourne, Hailsham and surrounding areas for the 2026/27 academic year. Roles involve supporting pupils during lessons, in small groups and helping them communicate their needs.

Experience in SEND is welcomed, though candidates from mainstream education, care, youth work, sports coaching or tutoring may also fit. An Enhanced DBS is required; the cost is covered by the applicant.

Qualifications

• Background in mainstream education, care, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or tutoring could be suitable.
• Youll need patience, consistency and the ability to take guidance.
