Teaching Personnel is recruiting across East Sussex for SEND/SEMH roles, including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, LSAs, and Behaviour Mentors. Opportunities span Hastings to Eastbourne and beyond, with flexible and longer-term placements for the 2026/27 year.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEND or transferable experience from mainstream education, care, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or tutoring.
• DBS Enhanced Child Workforce registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply) and full history documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support SEND and SEMH pupils with learning, behaviour, and social needs.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support as required by schools.
• Participate in CPD and safeguarding training and adhere to policies and procedures.
