Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing support to children in or out of the classroom.
• Supporting the teacher in delivering well-structured lessons.
• Setting expectations specific to each child.
• Delivering positive reinforcement where necessary.
• Monitoring and feeding back progress to teachers and parents.
• Taking students out of the classroom to regulate and reintegrate.
• Helping pupils develop resilience and social interaction.
