Job summary

Outcomes First Group's Hall School Wimbledon is inviting applications for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs, in and out of the classroom, under the guidance of the Inclusion team. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, both in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning activities and resources
• Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and personalised interventions
• Foster positive relationships that build pupil confidence, independence, and engagement
• Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to staff and contributing to reviews
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals where required
