Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting a SEND Support Worker in Hereford for a full-time, temporary/permanent position. You will support pupils with autism, SLD and complex needs, helping them access learning and build independence in a specialist setting.

This rewarding role offers excellent daily pay (£92.56-£105), dependent on experience and qualifications, plus CPD, a dedicated consultant and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults is desirable.
• Caring, patient and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to support personal care where required.
• Passion for supporting pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils to access learning and engage in activities tailored to individual needs.
• Develop communication skills and build independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and support staff.
