Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking experienced SEND Support Staff for flexible daily supply across primary schools in Walthamstow. You must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week and will support children with SEND in EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including 1:1 and small group interventions.

The role offers PAYE pay (£93.00 - £98.00 per day), opportunities for long-term and permanent roles, and free CPD/training. A dedicated consultant will support you throughout placements.

• Calm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviour.

Are you an experienced SEND Support Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools?

Protocol Education is recruiting reliable and compassionate SEND Support Staff to work on a daily supply basis across a range of welcoming primary schools in Walthamstow. This role is ideal for experienced support staff who enjoy variety while maintaining a flexible work schedule. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.

You will support children with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH and complex learning needs. This may include 1:1 support, small group interventions, classroom support and intimate care where required.

The Role
