Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and adapting activities.
• Ability to work effectively with teachers and SENCo.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with teachers to adapt learning activities and provide targeted support.
• Deliver intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
• Support pupils with SEN including communication, cognition, SEMH, and physical needs.
• Under supervision of class teacher, assist with marking and resource preparation.
• Monitor pupil engagement and progress and feed back to staff.
• Promote independence and positive behaviour and help pupils develop self‑help strategies.
• Assist with safeguarding and create an inclusive learning environment.
