Step Teachers Ltd is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in Reception. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers flexibility with Wednesday to Friday availability.

The role involves working alongside class teachers and the SEND team to help pupils access learning and achieve positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have EYFS experience, SEND background, and a patient, nurturing, adaptable approach with strong communication

Responsabilités

• Teaching Assistant role: support pupils across Reception.
• Deliver targeted support for children with additional needs.

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs in the early years? A welcoming primary school is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Reception, working closely with children with Special Educational Needs to help them access learning and reach their full potential.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, although the school would also consider candidates available Wednesday to Friday.

The Role
