We're looking for someone who is patient, consistent, proactive and genuinely passionate about SEND. Experience working with autism, SEMH, complex needs or challenging behaviour would be highly beneficial.
You may have worked as a: SEND Teaching Assistant | SEN TA | Learning Support Assistant | Behaviour Support Assistant | SEND Support Worker | Inclusion Practitioner Most importantly, you'll understand the importance of consistency and relationships when supporting pupils with additional needs.
