Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a SEND Skills for Life Tutor to join Fairfield Trust’s specialist education team in the BA13 4DL area. The role focuses on delivering bespoke curriculum content aligned with EHCP outcomes and supporting young people through college transitions.

The ideal candidate will have broad and varied special education experience, be comfortable with RARPA, and act as a personal tutor to a group of learners. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Broad and varied special education experience.
• Experience using EHCP outcomes as curriculum content basis.
• Familiarity with RARPA (Recognising and Recording of Attainment and Progress).
• Ability to act as a personal tutor to a group of learners.

• Deliver SEND Skills for Life (SfL) curriculum tailored to EHCP outcomes.
