Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced SEND Reform Project Manager to support a South West Local Authority on a 3-month contract. The role focuses on delivering the SEND Reform Programme and implementing the Experts at Hand locality model across education settings for children and young people aged 0–25.

You will work with the SEND Reform Partnership Board to turn strategic plans into effective delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver meaningful improvements for

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across education, health, council services or multi-agency settings (SEND focus).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience with recruitment, commissioning, procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise and deliver SEND Reform projects across the Local Authority.
• Drive the implementation of the Experts at Hand Locality Delivery Model.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and actions.
• Provide governance and programme reporting.
• Build relationships with education settings, health partners and SEND stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications, evaluation and performance reporting.
• Support recruitment, procurement and contract management activities.
• Collaborate across the SEND Improvement Programme and SEND Reform Plan.
• Attend stakeholder events and partnership meetings as required.
