Qualifications

• Experience leading service development and transformation in SEND/education.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders across health, education and LA.
• Experience developing governance, reporting and performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation and early delivery of the Experts at Hand model.
• Collaborate with SEND leaders, education partners and Integrated Care Board.
• Establish a multidisciplinary model with educational psychologists, SLTs, OTs, and specialist teachers.
• Develop governance, performance and reporting frameworks for the service.
• Monitor service impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the service across the local authority and partner networks.
