Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking an ambitious Experts at Hand (EAH) Lead to drive the rollout of the EAH model across SEND reform, working with education, health and social care partners. You will provide operational leadership to ensure consistent, equitable support for children and families.

You will lead delivery, governance, performance and the use of data to improve outcomes, with a focus on inclusion and multi-agency collaboration across county services.

Qualifications

• Substantial SEND experience and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to lead service improvement and partnerships across complex systems.
• Understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, coordination and improvement of the EAH model.
• Oversee performance, quality assurance, governance and data use.
• Collaborate with Families First, Neighbourhood Health and Best Start in Life teams.
