Smart Education Recruitment, located just outside Birmingham, is seeking a driven SEND Recruitment Consultant. You will build lasting relationships with schools, SEND settings, teachers and candidates, matching the right people with the right opportunities and making a real difference.

In this fast-paced, target-driven role, you’ll develop your network, recruit and interview education professionals, and manage your own client and candidate relationships within a supportive team.
