Job summary

A small independent school in Grantham area NG31 serving 5-16 year-olds with SEND, SEMH and neurodevelopmental needs is seeking a full-time SEND/SEMH QTS Teacher. You will teach Math and English with 1-1 TA support and a fixed class size of 3-5 pupils.

The role starts ASAP, is long-term, with working hours 8.30-16.00 and a daily rate of 180–200 GBP; relevant DBS check required or applicants willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

SEND/SEMH QTS Teacher

A small independent school in Grantham area NG31 servicing 5-16 year-olds with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) with the primary need of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) as well as neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, ADHD,ADD and attachment, is looking for a full time teacher.

Start date: Asap!
Duration: long term
Working hours: 8.30-16.00
Class size: 3-5 pupils (based on abilities not on age) with dedicated TAs assigned for 1-1 support in the classroom.

Requirements

• You must be confident to teach both Math and English
• Have QTS status, ECT are encouraged to apply (the school will consider other equivalents)
• Have a current enhanced DBS for child force or willing to apply.

Pay: 180-200£ per day
