Teaching Vacancies is seeking a SEND Provision Lead to coordinate the SEND team and ensure high-quality provision for students with SEND. This non-teaching role does not require QTS.

The successful candidate will lead the Learning Support Team, manage EHCPs and annual reviews, and work with families and agencies to raise outcomes. The role involves overseeing provision maps, exam access arrangements, and transitions into Year 7 and post-16, while maintaining strong safeguarding and data-based

Qualificações

• Experience delivering SEND provision for EHCP students
• Proven leadership and coaching of teams
• Strong ICT and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Code of Practice and Equality Act 2010
• Ability to manage EHCP requests and annual reviews
• Commitment to raising outcomes for SEND students

Responsabilidades

• Run the day-to-day SEND provision, SEN register and provision map
• Lead and train the Learning Support Team; deputise for the SENDCo
• Manage EHCP requests, High Needs funding and annual reviews
• Coordinate exam access arrangements
• Support transition into Year 7 and post-16
• Work with families, pastoral staff and agencies
