Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a 3-month contract to lead and coordinate high-quality SEND services for children and young people aged 0-25 on an umbrella arrangement. You will manage complex cases, ensure statutory compliance and contribute to positive SEND outcomes.

The successful candidate will oversee EHCPs, work with families, schools, and partner agencies, and chair multi-agency meetings and annual reviews, ensuring deadlines are met.

Formación

• Extensive experience in a SEND environment.
• Proven experience managing EHCPs and statutory SEND processes.
• Experience handling complex casework for children and young people with additional needs.
• Experience working in multi-agency settings.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a caseload of complex SEND cases for individuals aged 0-25.
• Coordinate the assessment, development, review, and modification of EHCPs.
• Lead annual reviews and ensure all statutory obligations and deadlines are met.
• Serve as the main contact for families, schools, colleges, and partner agencies regarding SEND services.
• Collaborate with Educational Psychologists, Social Care, Health professionals, and other stakeholders to provide effective support.
• Manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk cases, including disputes, complaints, mediations, and SEND Tribunal issues.
• Chair multi-agency meetings, annual review meetings, and SEND panels.
