Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. seeks a SEND provision lead to manage our Assistant SENCOs and extensive team of teaching assistants. You will ensure exceptional outcomes for students with SEND academically and personally.

As part of a school-wide focus on inclusion, you will build on current approaches, drive continuous improvement, and work with specialist teams across the school to maintain high standards and offer holistic support.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading SEND provision or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Able to build relationships with students, families, and external agencies.

Job description

The successful candidate will lead our SEND provision, managing our Assistant SENCOs and a large team of teaching assistants, including specialist support staff. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring that students with SEND achieve exceptional outcomes, both academically and personally.

We have established strong whole-school approaches to inclusive and adaptive teaching, and we are looking for a leader who will build on this success, driving continuous improvement in SEND provision. SEND is central to our vision of becoming a fully inclusive school and is supported by a range of specialist teams across the school.
