Exceed Academies Trust is seeking a SEND Pathway Leader to guide and develop provision for Complex Learning Needs within our school. You will work closely with the SENDCo to plan, coordinate and deliver personalised provision aligned to EHCP outcomes, using robust assess-plan-do-review practices to drive meaningful progress.

• Significant experience working with pupils with SEND, including complex needs.

• Lead day-to-day provision within the Complex Learning Needs pathway under the SENDCo.
• Collaborate with the SENDCo, teachers, families and external professionals.
• Develop and deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences based on EHCP outcomes.
• Monitor progress, contribute to target setting, reviews and assessment processes.
• Model excellent SEND practice and support colleagues to develop expertise.
• Guide, coach and support other practitioners within the pathway to ensure high-quality provision.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing and ambitious culture where all pupils can succeed.
