Job summary

Altrincham Grammar School for Girls seeks an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to provide high-quality support to the SENDCo and pastoral leaders, promoting inclusion, wellbeing, engagement and progress of students across the school.

The role combines direct student support with effective liaison, record keeping, administration and coordination in support of the school's SEND and pastoral systems, including supervising our breakfast club from 7.45 am.

Qualifications

• Provides support to SENDCo and pastoral leaders promoting inclusion, wellbeing and student progress.
• Involves administrative duties, liaison, record keeping and coordination for SEND/pastoral systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct student support for those with SEND and pastoral needs.
• Liaise with staff to implement inclusive practices and monitor progress.
• Maintain records and coordinate breakfast club supervision from 7.45 am.
