Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing targeted pastoral support to students with SEND, including those with EHCPs and those receiving SEN Support.
• Coordinating and delivering early help, mentoring and intervention strategies such as emotional regulation, anxiety support and social communication support.
• Liaising with parents/carers and external professionals to coordinate multi-agency support.
• Supporting attendance, punctuality, engagement and reintegration following absence, suspension or placement changes.
