Outwood Academy Redcar is seeking a SEND Officer to ensure statutory SEND compliance and to translate policy into effective student support. This management role focuses on leading resources, coordinating interventions, and handling the necessary documentation for individualized support.

The position reports to school leadership and offers term-time patterns with additional days, requiring a detail-oriented, proactive professional committed to improving outcomes for all students.

Competenze

• Knowledge of SEND legislation and Code of Practice requirements.
• Ability to translate policy into practical student support interventions.
• Strong leadership in deploying resources and processes.
• Experience in managing formal paperwork related to individualized support.
