Outwood Academy Redcar is seeking a SEND Officer to ensure statutory compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and to deliver tailored interventions for students with SEND. The role requires strong leadership in deploying resources and managing formal paperwork related to individualized support.

Based at Outwood Academy Redcar, the position is full-time with term-time plus 15 days. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, primarily during school terms, reporting to the Business

Qualificações

• Experience with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements.
• Ability to translate policy into student support interventions.
