Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, patient and experienced SEND Maths Tutor to provide personalised Maths tuition across Somerset. This is an in-person role, not online, with a focus on students who may have SEND and/or SEMH needs and on building confidence and progress in Maths.
The role involves delivering one-to-one or small-group tuition, adapting lessons to individual needs, and collaborating with parents and professionals while upholding safeguarding requirements.

Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, patient and experienced SEND Maths Tutor to provide personalised Maths tuition to children and young people across Somerset. This is an in-person tutoring role and is not online work.
The role will involve providing tailored Maths support to students who may have SEND and/or SEMH needs and would benefit from a flexible, individualised approach to learning. You will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, adapt your teaching to meet their individual needs and help develop their confidence, engagement and progress in Maths.
The successful tutor will be able to create engaging and accessible lessons while remaining flexible to each student's pace, ability and learning needs. Experience working with students who have struggled within a traditional school environment would be particularly beneficial.
